Built-in browser: clicking blank toolbar area above address bar does not exit URL input focus
Summary
In the Codex built-in browser, when the address/URL field is focused for editing, clicking the blank toolbar/tab-strip area above the address field does not exit the URL input state.

Steps to reproduce
- Open Codex and use the built-in browser.
- Click the URL/address field so it enters text input/editing state.
- Click an empty area above the URL field, such as the blank space in the tab/title area to the right of the current tab.
Actual behavior
The URL/address field remains focused and stays in input/editing state. To cancel the input state without pressing Escape, I currently have to click either:
- the small blank area immediately to the left or right of the URL field, or
- the web page content area.
Expected behavior
Clicking any obvious empty/non-interactive area in the browser chrome, including the larger blank tab/title area above the URL field, should dismiss the URL input/editing state.
Impact
This is a small usability issue, but it makes the built-in browser feel slightly awkward. Users may naturally click the larger blank space to the right of the tab/title area to cancel URL editing, especially when they do not want to click the web page content itself. Because only the narrow blank areas around the URL field currently work, the available safe area for dismissing the input state feels unnecessarily limited.
