- Open Codex CLI from Windows Command Prompt (
cmd.exe). - Start a coding task in an Angular + FastAPI repository.
- Ask Codex to implement a public CV demo feature.
- Let Codex run validation commands.
- Codex runs:

What is the expected behavior?
Codex should continue the task after successful command execution.
After ruff passed and pytest reported 11 passed, 1 warning, Codex should have continued with the remaining implementation steps and validation commands instead of interrupting the conversation.
If Codex needed clarification or hit an internal issue, it should have returned a clear error message explaining what failed, rather than stopping after successful commands.
Additional information
The issue happened in Codex CLI running from Windows Command Prompt (cmd.exe) on Windows x64.
The interruption occurred immediately after successful validation commands. There was no failing test or visible exception from the project itself.
The terminal also showed Git line ending warnings about LF being replaced by CRLF, but those were warnings only and did not cause the command to fail.
