What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

Computer Use and Chrome plugin setup appear unavailable for my Codex App account/runtime.

Observed:

  1. Settings > Computer use shows: “Computer Use plugins unavailable” instead of an Install button.
  2. Plugins page search for “chrome” returns “No plugins found”, so I cannot add the Chrome plugin.
  3. In the current Codex session, tool discovery returns no Chrome tools, and no Computer Use tools are exposed.
  4. Local plugin cache only contains documents/pdf/presentations/spreadsheets plus installed curated plugins like GitHub/Gmail/Codex Security. There is no chrome, browser, or computer-use plugin package.
  5. I checked local config and did not find feature flags disabling these capabilities: no computer_use=false, browser_use=false, or in_app_browser=false.
  6. I also did not find a user-level or Windows system-level requirements.toml disabling Computer Use.

Expected:
Computer Use settings should offer the Computer Use plugin install flow, and Plugins should show the Chrome plugin so I can install the Codex Chrome extension.

Please check whether my account, organization policy, marketplace rollout, or primary runtime entitlement is preventing the Chrome and Computer Use plugins from being offered.
