Spell check language mismatch

What issue are you seeing?

Codex App prompt box spellchecks as German even when Codex App language is English US, Windows language/input/proofing is English US, Windows spellcheck highlighting is disabled, and the machine has been rebooted.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Have a bi- or multilingual Windows. Install Codex. Try to get it to spellcheck in the language it currently runs in.

What is the expected behavior?

Set language to English (US) in Codex App and get English spellchecking.
