Codex Windows App shows conversations of other users in search history

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What platform is your computer?

What issue are you seeing?

I used Codex from Visual Studio Code being signed as user A.

Then I downloaded Codex Windows App and signed as user B.

This Codex shows clean slate, no past conversations, but if you click on Search (Ctrl + G) button, it suggests past Codex conversations of another user (User A) and successfully opens them.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

Chat history should only be available to signed users correspondingly.

Or at least it shoudln't appear as easily as just being suggested in the search box.
