Limits reset button not working

What issue are you seeing?

15:49: weekly limit showed 20% left

after pressing reset, it jumped to 100%

by 19:54 it was back to 18%

you were using Codex, and used about 2%

Doesn't seem that reset button worked for me. I have screenshots of when it change time and date of my weekly limit reset. Originally I had a weekly limit reset on 18 June, and then it jumped to 22 june.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

I want my reset limit back!
