What issue are you seeing?

I found a way to bypass the 5-hour limit.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. create a working plan for the agent to follow
2. set approval method to "Full access" or "Approve for me"
3. set a goal to make the agent continue working until it finishes the plan, like "keep working on refactor strategy, DON'T STOP UNTIL YOU FINISH EVERYTHING"
4. let the agent keep working until you get a message for hitting the 5-hour limit
5. write "continue" but don't send it
6. quickly press goal resume button and send the message after it. first you'll get the error again then the message is steered and processed and the agent continues to work
7. repeat steps 4-6.

What is the expected behavior?

an error shows that the 5-hour limit is reached: "You've hit your usage limit. Upgrade your plan or add credits to continue, or try again at hh:mm."
