I reproduced the local Windows warning path and put together a small PR-ready branch that downgrades the explicitly unsupported shell snapshot path from
warntodebugwhile keeping unexpected snapshot failures atwarn.Because this repository currently rejects direct PR creation from my account/integration, I opened a draft fork PR here:
Validation run locally on Windows:
just test -p codex-core unsupported_shell_snapshot_error_is_detectedjust test -p codex-mcp shutdown_does_not_initialize_incomplete_clientgit diff --checkjust fmtwas also run; Rust/Python/Just formatting completed, but the Bazel/Starlark buildifier step failed on Windows with[WinError 2]fortools/buildifier. The changed files are Rust-only.
