English translation:
Windows version of Codex, region: Hong Kong.
On the Settings > Computer Use page, only Google Chrome appears. The Chrome extension is connected, but there is no Computer Use / Install installation entry, and I also cannot find the Computer plugin.
I have already restarted Codex, but the entry still does not appear. Entering /feedback also shows "no command".
Please check whether Computer Use has been enabled for my account, or whether the Computer Use plugin has not been rolled out.

Thanks. My case seems related, but not exactly confirmed.
On Windows Codex, Settings > Computer Use only shows Google Chrome. Chrome extension is connected, but there is no Computer Use / Install entry, and /feedback shows "No commands".
If this is the same root cause as #28277 or #27152, please feel free to mark it as duplicate.
I encountered the same problem as you. By letting Codex analyze the issue itself, I eventually found that ChatGPT was originally installed on the D drive. I turned off ChatGPT and found ChatGPT in Windows Settings - Apps - Apps, then click... Select 'Move' and move it back to the C drive, and the problem is solved. Open Codex again, and the Computer Use option in the plugin will appear.
