Bottom panel and panel toggle button disappeared

What issue are you seeing?

The button to toggle bottom panel disappeared, terminal shortcut seems to open side panel only now. It seems something bugged out that making bottom panel completely inaccessible anymore. I prefer terminal to be opened at bottom to have wider screen real estate.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open codex app, noticing that the button disappeared.

What is the expected behavior?

There is a button to open bottom panel.
