Auto restart after update doesn't work

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What subscription do you have?
Plus
What platform is your computer?
Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64
What issue are you seeing?
After clicking the blue update button which says Codex will restart it doesn't.
I see two codex.exe processes in Task Manager and killing them after 5+ minutes makes no difference (I don't have a slow PC)
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Just click the update button
What is the expected behavior?
Coxex is restarted after finishing the update
