Codex app: Archived chats cannot be deleted

Steps:
- Open Codex app.
- Go to Settings > Archived chats / Archived threads.
- Try to delete an archived chat.
Expected:
Archived chats can be permanently deleted or removed.
Actual:
Archived chats cannot be deleted and toast a successful message.
