Codex Desktop 26.611.61753 no longer shows remaining usage / reset information

After updating to Codex Desktop 26.611.61753 build 4008, the remaining usage / reset indicator disappeared from the Desktop app UI.

Previously I could see remaining usage / reset status in the app. After the update, that UI is gone. I only see Settings and the mobile app switch/promo area. Local chats and session data are intact, so this does not appear to be a local profile wipe.

• Codex Desktop 26.611.61753 build 4008

Expected behavior:

• Codex Desktop should continue showing remaining usage / reset status for paid-plan users.

Actual behavior:

• Remaining usage / reset information is no longer visible in the Desktop UI.

Notes:

• Local chat/session data is present and visible again.
• This looks separate from the local Dock tile plugin issue; the usage UI disappeared after the app update itself.
• I found older usage-display/rate-limit issues, but I did not find a fresh issue tied to 26.611.61753 for this exact regression.
