The bottom panel won't open up. It won't open up with the <kbd>Command</kbd> + <kbd>J</kbd> combination, and also won't open up from the "View" menu.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
The app opens terminal from the bottom of the app.

I believe #28141 is similar with this case, but I think we should cross reference these two since the root cause is not clear. More issue IDs may provides more detailed logs.
It's a configuration side effect, the bottom panel is closed in a certain update migration.
@tsonubin You mentioned a configuration side effect. How did you correct the issue?
I am also facing this issue. Is there a fix?
