Feedback: /goal mode usage consumes too much weekly limit
I want to give some feedback about Codex billing / weekly limits, especially for /goal mode.
I think it is necessary to adjust the quota for different user tiers, increase the weekly limits, or find a way to reduce the usage cost of /goal mode.
From my recent experience as a 20x Pro user, one long /goal task can run for several hours and may consume a very large part of the weekly limit. For example, I personally ran a 12-hour /goal task and it used more than 70% of my weekly limit, not even counting the credits that were also consumed.
For 5x Pro or Plus users, this makes /goal mode almost impractical, because their weekly quota may not even be enough to support one complete long /goal task.
I am not posting this as a complaint, but as feedback based on actual recent usage. If OpenAI is promoting how powerful /goal mode is, the weekly quota also needs to keep up with that usage pattern. Otherwise, /goal feels like a very advanced feature that many users cannot really afford to use fully because the weekly limits are too low for one complete long-running task.
