[codex] GPT 5.5 missing PRO effort level

What issue are you seeing?
I have upgraded to the Chat GPT Pro 5x plan because I would like to use the Pro effort level, which I understand should be available in Codex too, but I'm only seeing Extra High even after 24 hours, so it's not a lag/cache issue. I have already signed out and then signed back in.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Upgrade from Plus to Pro 5x.
