Codex Desktop macOS: account popup missing Usage Remaining and Settings missing Profile

What issue are you seeing?

Two documented account/profile surfaces appear to be missing in Codex Desktop.

First, the lower-left account/settings popup is fully expanded, but it only shows Settings. It does not show Usage Remaining or any usage summary entry.

OpenAI Help says an available banked reset can be used from the profile-menu usage summary:

Second, the Settings sidebar does not show the documented Profile section.

The Codex app settings documentation says:

Use Profile to review activity insights, lifetime tokens, peak tokens, streaks, longest task, and token activity.

The Codex changelog also says Codex app 26.609 added a Codex profile screen with usage stats and token activity charts:

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open Codex Desktop on macOS.
2. Click the lower-left account/settings area once.
3. Observe that the popup only shows Settings; there is no Usage Remaining or usage summary entry.
4. Open Settings.
5. Inspect the Settings sidebar.
6. Observe that there is no Profile section.

What is the expected behavior?

The account/settings popup should show the documented usage summary / usage remaining surface, or a clear unavailable/error state if usage data cannot be shown.

Settings should show the documented Profile section, or a clear unavailable/error state if Profile is gated or failed to load.

What is the actual behavior?

The account/settings popup only shows Settings.

Settings does not show Profile.

There is no visible explanation that either surface is unavailable, hidden, gated, or failed to load.
