Codex CLI should use the same usage limits as the web version

Codex CLI should use the same usage limits as the web version, instead of its own MUCH lower limit. I run into the usage limit via the CLI after just two hours of work. But I have NEVER run into the usage limit of the web version of codex. Its totally illogical that you can get much more work done via the web version, so please change Codex CLI to use the limits of the web version.
