Allow turning off unwarranted 'suggestions' after every task

What feature would you like to see?

The suggestions / tangents are usually very off, very wrong, time consuming to read and give me anxiety. Please can we turn those off so codex does only what it's been asked to do and nothing else? If there's anything else, we can ask - we're developers. We like to ask.
