Codex Desktop: Add tooltips for Find Next/Previous shortcuts

What feature would you like to see?
Codex already supports find navigation from the active search field:
- Enter = next match
- Shift+Enter = previous match
This is useful but not obvious. Please add mouseover tooltips to the find up/down arrow buttons showing the corresponding shortcuts.
