What issue are you seeing?

Codex Desktop on Windows cannot run commands. Every command fails with windows sandbox: runner error: CreateProcessAsUserW failed: 5. Windows Sandbox launches successfully. Smart App Control is off. Codex has been reset and reinstalled. CodexSandboxOnline and CodexSandboxOffline are enabled and both belong to CodexSandboxUsers and Users. Local Security Policy grants Codex sandbox users logon-as-batch, replace-process-token, and adjust-memory-quota rights. Deny batch logon is empty; deny local logon only contains Guest. Defender and CodeIntegrity do not show a current obvious block.
