スレッドが全く作成できないんだけど何なの？
サービスとしてスレッドが作れないとか欠陥だろ。頻繁にスレッド履歴は消えるしプレビューは読めなくなるしいい加減にしてくれ。

I can't create threads at all. What is this?
Not being able to create threads as a service is a defect. The thread history frequently disappears, previews become unreadable, and I'm fed up with it.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
