What issue are you seeing?

I verify my identify months ago but i constantly get popups saying my messages have been flagged which are false positives , even though i verify my identity when visiting the page https://chatgpt.com/cyber. it don't mark me as already verified when trying to re submit my identity which i have done multiple times and when i do submit it it gives me a green tick like it suceeded and then says on page Your identity isn't verified yet, please try again below. , this is just completely broke as i have already been falsely banned once and i would like this fixing , i also applied for program cyber security but heard nothing back and i am just a normal user and i keep getting emails like this too which is false
