[Feature Request] TOC of questions in thread to quickly preview and locate the questions

A table of content in thread is really needed, which helps preview all previous questions from users or locate the specific ones.
Especially when switching through a bunch of threads to cross‑check the outputs, users need to wheel‑scroll for thousands of miles with their mice in a thread to check the questions and replies, which drives people crazy.
Additional information
Like ChatGPT web does, a TOC could help improve productivity. I don't understand why this feature has never been added to ChatGPT for Mac and Codex app.
