CTRL+Q Crashing Codex

What issue are you seeing?

The application has a problem that is quite new, which is that when I press Control + Q, the application closes or crashes; I don't know why. I am looking in the shortcuts, and there is nothing where I can change this. I have shortcuts for other things, and it keeps closing the program every time I hit this shortcut

Crash/Close Codex.

Just CTRL+Q and it will crash.
