Computer Use unavailable on Windows: sandboxPolicy missing

Environment

• OS: Windows 11
• Codex app version: 26.616.41845
• Computer Use plugin: installed and enabled

Issue

Computer Use fails before it can detect or access any application.

Steps to reproduce

1. Restart Codex.
2. Start a new thread.
3. Invoke @Computer and ask it to interact with a visible application, for example Calculator or SolidWorks.

Actual result

The first attempts failed with:

codex/sandbox-state-meta: missing field sandboxPolicy

Later attempts returned:

Computer control is unavailable for this action.

The same issue occurs with both SolidWorks and Calculator. No application is detected, modified, or saved.

Expected result

Codex should request permission for the visible target application and then interact with it.
