What steps can reproduce the bug?
I've got specific instructions in AGENTS.md for gpt to not make unwarranted suggestions however it seems after a /compact it does not inject the file and forgets these instructions.
What is the expected behavior?
AGENTS.md should always be read just as it does when you start a new conversation.
What do you see instead?
AGENTS.md seems to be ignored.
