Codex Desktop macOS top browser chrome renders mostly blank

What issue are you seeing?
The Codex Desktop window / built-in browser chrome can render mostly blank in the top-left area on macOS.
In the observed state, the window shows only:
- the macOS traffic-light window controls,
- a small sidebar/window icon,
- disabled-looking back and forward arrows,
- a large blank toolbar/titlebar area.
Expected browser or app chrome content such as a visible tab/title/address area is missing from the captured region. The toolbar looks like its controls or labels failed to render, rather than simply being intentionally empty.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
I do not yet have a deterministic repro. The issue was observed in the Codex Desktop app and captured in a screenshot from the affected window state.
The visible symptom in the screenshot is a cropped top-left section of the Codex window where the toolbar/titlebar is almost entirely blank except for the window controls and disabled navigation icons.
What is the expected behavior?
The Codex Desktop / built-in browser chrome should render all expected toolbar, titlebar, tab, address, or navigation UI elements clearly. Blank toolbar regions should not hide expected controls or make the browser/app chrome look partially unloaded.

I searched existing openai/codex issues and did not find an exact match for this specific macOS blank top-chrome rendering symptom.
Possibly related, but not exact:

This may be related to browser chrome rendering, theme/contrast, toolbar layout, or a partially failed in-app browser UI render path.
