What issue are you seeing?
My Codex Settings → Usage panel shows around 80% usage remaining, but every new Codex conversation immediately says “usage limit.” My ChatGPT Pro subscription is active. This looks like a Codex entitlement/rate-limit sync bug. Please check and reset my Codex rate-limit state.

When the Usage panel and request limiter disagree, the client needs a quota sample receipt. Capture panel percent, request limit response, plan claim, server plan header, active window id, reset time, account hash, fetch timestamp, and request id. That lets support distinguish stale UI state from a backend limiter mismatch.
