What issue are you seeing?
My Codex Settings → Usage panel shows around 80% usage remaining, but every new Codex conversation immediately says “usage limit.” My ChatGPT Pro subscription is active. This looks like a Codex entitlement/rate-limit sync bug. Please check and reset my Codex rate-limit state.
