Windows Desktop 26.616.51431 - Project/Workspace Chats Missing from Sidebar After Update

What issue are you seeing?

After updating to version 26.616.51431, project/workspace chats are no longer visible in the left sidebar.

The conversations themselves do not appear to be lost. The Codex tray application still lists the project chats and allows navigation to them successfully. However, the sidebar does not display those chats, even when one of them is currently open.

Observed Behavior

Sidebar shows only a single chat.
Project/workspace chats are missing.
Opening a project chat from the tray app works.
The opened project chat does not appear in the sidebar.
Chat content remains accessible.
Issue began after updating to 26.616.51431.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Launch Codex Desktop 26.616.51431.
Open a project/workspace containing existing chats.
Observe that project chats are absent from the sidebar.
Open a missing project chat from the tray application.
Observe that the chat opens successfully but still does not appear in the sidebar.

What is the expected behavior?

All project/workspace chats should be displayed in the sidebar.
The currently open chat should always appear in the sidebar.
Sidebar contents should remain synchronized with workspace/project state.

Additional information

Conversations appear intact and accessible.
This appears to be a sidebar indexing, rendering, or workspace synchronization issue rather than data loss.
No obvious workaround has been found.
Because this regression significantly impacts project navigation, a rollback/version-pinning option would be valuable when updates introduce workflow-breaking issues.
