can't use codex in app browser

i am getting or seeing the below error,

tool call error: tool call failed for node_repl/js

Caused by:
Mcp error: -32602: js: codex/sandbox-state-meta: missing field sandboxPolicy

What steps can reproduce the bug?

annotate on browser and ask anything codex will not be able to access the browser.

What is the expected behavior?

it should work with codex browser, but codex browser not working at all
