What issue are you seeing?
The annotations feature in the in-app browser is not working properly anymore. When I start a new chat, open the browser window, and create an annotation, it works for the first time. When I add another annotation, it is not added to the chat anymore. It gets lost and the annotations dont get picked up anymore. The queuing mechanism is not working anymore.
In a previous version, I could make multiple annotations, and those would result in a queue of items the agent could work on within the same chat.
I hope you can fix this bug as its such an important part of the great Codex developer experience

Yes i have been having this issue for 2 days now also. Slows down Dev work big time.
Same issue on Codex App Windows version 26.616.71553. Cannot point at the UI to tell codex where to update now.

anyone found a fix? few days closing and restarting the browser worked but now thats not even fixing...

ive found that my next.js on codex browser, when this has a warning it prevents codex annotations working properly. copy the log, codex will fix then my annotations return to normal.
