hello gpt support. i have a recurring issue with gpt codex. it regularly provides guidance that is unacceptable by its own admission. it can't advise on something that it had previously offered tons of options that never improved or solved the problem. it sure is confident though. i have attempted to solve this problem many times. it's not a difficult problem but gpt always seems to think it can solve it. many hours later i'm still stuck with no resolution on a simple problem. i am asking for a refund.
