Problem with Codex in VSCode

What issue are you seeing?

it is from one week that i have more then one problem, here the last:

Codex si è arrestato in modo anomalo con il seguente errore:

Codex process errored: Codex process is not available
codex_core::util: Custom tool call output is missing for call id: call_eLIvN4J4ZOdEr39knxPmMJxZ
Alcune opzioni da provare:

Controlla eventuali impostazioni non valide nel tuo config.toml
Prova ad aggiornare le impostazioni dell'IDE
Prova ad aggiornare Codex o a installare una versione diversa
Clicca su Ricarica per riavviare Codex, oppure visita la nostra documentazione per ulteriore assistenza.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just try to do another question to an old conversation. but the same with the new one.
