Codex app keeps re-introducing skills and plugins i uninstalled

What issue are you seeing?

I'm not sure why my Codex App is behaving worse than Windows when it comes to bloatware, I don't want 100 skills and plugins installed that I don't use. I keep uninstalling/disabling/deleting the skills and plugins preinstalled with codex (documents, image gen, skill creator, skill installer, openai docs, ...) but a day later they come back and this keeps on happening.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Go to Plugins
2. Uninstall unnecessary plugins
3. Continue using Codex without nonsense skills popping up in your autocomplete
4. Wait a few hours/days (maybe on codex updates?)
5. Bloatware is back

What is the expected behavior?

Ideally, you should not be installing random plugins and skills behind my back. But even then, after deleting or uninstalling bloatware, it should not be coming back by itself. Every few days I'll go to type out a skill and I'll see a bunch of other skills I never asked for in my completion window.
