using custom chat actions opens new tab

When i'm clicking this button it opens new chat Tab, every time

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Create action using chat/manual
click action button
it starts cmd and closes chat Tab Opening a new one

What is the expected behavior?

cmd opens on the same chat, not opening a new one
