升级前正常、当前最新版本 26.616.71553、localeOverride = "zh-CN" 已生效、进程也是 --lang=zh-CN，但 UI 仍英文，疑似新版本全局 i18n 被 enable_i18n 实验开关/Statsig 配置挡住。
