more `less pager` like keyboard shortcut in transcript mode

What feature would you like to see?

I propose that we incorporate additional keyboard shortcuts in transcript mode, mirroring those found in the less pager, which are considered standard in the Unix environment:

1. Use u and d for page up and page down, respectively.
2. Use j and k for scrolling down and up.
3. Use gg to jump to the beginning of the transcript and G to jump to the end.
