codex APP chat log is not present at vscode IDE addon

I have this session id:019ef08a-5de1-78e3-b3e1-d742f5a260c5 shows normally at codex app. but it does not show in vscode addon. I think the vscode crushed one time.
i DO USE workspace inside vscode, I am not sure if vscode codex addon support workspace log from vscode.
any chance that this issue is because I use workspace inside vscode?

I do meet similar issue that when I USE workspace inside vscode, the codex app can not recognize the same chat log. but now the situation reversed.

normally, any way I can force the chat log popup inside vscode addon?
