Add notification for command execution approval prompts

What feature would you like to see?

Currently, the notify configuration only triggers notifications when a session completes, but not when user approval is required for command execution.

It would be beneficial to extend this functionality so that a notification is also sent when a command requires confirmation. This would prevent users from missing approval prompts when switching windows.
