Ability to turn off specific tools from an MCP server

What feature would you like to see?

Please add the ability to turn off specific tools from an MCP server. I'd like the tools to completely be excluded from the context, not simply disallowed to be called like Claude Code handles it. It could help with servers like the supabase MCP, where I want all read-only operations to be handled through the MCP, but for it to not be able to apply migrations through the MCP, since I want that to be handled locally and through the CLI, with version control for migrations
