How to edit/update/modify files without calling agent ?

What issue are you seeing?

I'm sure this is a very much requested feature or maybe it exist already but how can we modify files without having to call for agent to update manually ? this is very annoying having to rely on another IDE

open any files try to make some changes to it you can't

What is the expected behavior?

Ability to update make any changes to any files or directories
