Which model were you using?
gpt-5 medium/high
What platform is your computer?
Win-x64
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Both full auto and --yolo are not being recognized by codex. Tried config.toml revisions to no avail.
What is the expected behavior?
Should not prompt user for approval.
