What issue are you seeing?

The CodeX extension frequently fails to load or open upon starting VS Code or switching workspaces. The extension UI/features become completely unresponsive or unavailable.

Currently, there are no explicit error popups, but the extension status bar indicator either disappears or stays stuck in a loading state. The only way to temporarily resolve this issue is to completely restart VS Code, after which it might work for a while before failing again.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open VS Code (or switch to a different workspace/project directory).
2. Attempt to trigger the CodeX extension
3. Observe that the extension fails to open/respond.
4. Close VS Code completely and reopen it.
5. The extension now works normally, but the issue reoccurs randomly after some time or during the next startup.
