Create New Talk always say TimeOut

What platform is your computer?

What issue are you seeing?

When I want to start a new dialogue, the system will loading approximately 3 quaters, then the window shows Timeout,and the sidebar will create a new conversation and I click it , the window shows cannot open/find the dialogue . But I use the history dialogue to get talk, It will get normal.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just starting a new dialogue
