fix weekly limits on $100 plan

What issue are you seeing?

i literally had 4% weekly limit and i sent 4 msg in codex app, and it made my weekly limit, i used 1 reset, and sent 6 msg, my 7% weekly limit gone, literally man, what the hell is going on?
