After I submit a prompt, Codex starts thinking and works for a short while, but then the current session suddenly terminates.
I tried asking it to continue, but it immediately terminated again. This happens repeatedly and prevents me from continuing the session.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
Codex should continue processing the prompt or allow me to continue the existing session without terminating unexpectedly.
Additional information
The issue appears to happen after Codex has already started thinking and working for a short time. Asking it to continue does not recover the session.
