Chrome plugin cannot connect after reinstall/restart.
Chrome Extension installed/enabled in Profile 8.
Native host manifest is correct.
extension-host starts and opens /tmp/codex-browser-use/*.sock.
Codex app also opens a browser-use socket, but agent.browsers.list() returns [].
