Using both the Codex app and CLI prompts: “Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model.” The Pro 20 quota is being consumed very quickly. I’ve used only a small amount of tokens per day, but it has already used 25% of the weekly quota in just one week.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

Hey Guys, I found a way: use Goal, it's not that easy to get stuck. If stuck again, change model and click start goal.

The problem still isn't fixed. Is there an official channel where I can get this resolved? My Pro 20 account is completely unusable right now, and it's gone way beyond just running low on credits.
This issue occurs on both GPT-5.5 and GPT-5.4. Is it a policy issue or a bug? I'd appreciate a definitive answer from the official team.
