Computer Use missing in Settings and Codex Computer Use helper is not installed

Codex app: 26.616.81150 x64 on macOS Intel
Settings > Computer use only shows Chrome and Locked use.
There is no “Any application” row and no Install button.

~/.codex/computer-use only contains config.json.
~/.codex/computer-use/Codex Computer Use.app is missing.
codex plugin list does not show computer-use.

Logs:
Failed to reconcile managed Computer Use service
errorMessage="Failed to spawn managed Computer Use service"

App was reinstalled from Codex-latest-x64.dmg and codesign verified OK in Terminal.
Resetting ~/.codex/computer-use did not restore the helper.
